I often struggle with what to eat for breakfast because sometimes I want to branch off and do something different but I have no idea where to start. I happened upon this video and I really liked her recommendations. She provides ideas for both breakfast and a mid morning snack so you are covered on both, and the cute little Bento boxes makes it all the more fun.
My favorite was the sandwich combo, it may seem silly but I never really thought of having a sandwich for breakfast. Additionally I liked the easy bean mash she used with the veggies and avocado it was really eye opening, and something I definitely intend to try.
