Lately I have been learning about the ‘No Dieting’ approach to optimum health and wellness, so I will be on this trend undoubtedly for a while. The video I have for you today is just a light introduction into the idea of eating in a more wholelistic type of way.
The idea that you can actually force your body to do something it doesn’t want to do is becoming more and more insane as I study the complex compenents involved with the funtioning of our body. There is no action without reaction in physics and it turns out the same is true for the human body.
The idea that we can force ourselves to weigh less regardless of what the body wants is impossible, now coaxing your body to be at peace and allow the weight to melt off of you effortlessly is the only way it will happen while you still are able to maintain your natural level of vibrancy is what we should all shoot for.
