For today’s workout I have a barre workout that has a running time of about 27 minutes. It is a bit fast passed so you will be burning a good amount of calories. Perfect for the cardio burn as well as toning. I especially like workouts like these because it saves time not having to do two workouts in a day, this one should have you covered for the day.
