I recently discovered that lower back pain can be soothed with some good quality stretches that emphasize opening the hips. This is music to my ears because I definitely have this issue so I wanted to share a video that I think is a beautiful demonstration of easy yoga that can be done by almost anyone to open that hip area and release the muscles in a benefitial way.
I love to do yoga with Tara Stiles because she is so gentle and I love the nice easy flow of strala and I know you will find it benefitial too.
