I am sure you have heard alot about High Intensity Interval Training or HIIT, if you have then you already know what it is about, if you haven’t then you will have a better understanding after watching this video.
I feel this video is the perfect demonstration of how to do HIIT in a benefitial way. Remember you have to work with your own individual starting point and always work within your limits. If you have joint problems or issues with your heart I don’t recomend doing this method without first consulting a physician for approval. Otherwise studies show it is a very efficient way of working off fat and increasing your metabolic rate beyond your workout session.
